Netflix Tudum

I was honored to be part of the writing team that launched Netflix Tudum, Netflix’s fan-focused marketing website. It was a genuine thrill to work on lifestyle content at Tudum, where I had the privilege of working with brilliant people; putting together incredibly fun content about style, costumes, books, and even choreography; and interviewing the amazing folks who make movies and shows that are beloved the world over.

Here’s a selection of my favorite stories I got to write — some serious and some delightfully playful:

Fashion:

From Half Corsets to Watch Fobs, Bridgerton Costumes Embody Regency Glamour

Everything to Know About the Bags on Emily in Paris

Brooke Shields Rocks the Rom-Com Killer Dress Trend in A Castle for Christmas

The Secret Meaning Behind Nadia’s Look in Russian Doll

Lifestyle:

How Much Would Anna Delvey’s Last-Minute Ibiza Trip Really Cost?

The Essential Mystery of Marilyn Monroe Reading List

What Does It Take to Buy a Castle in Europe, Like in A Castle for Christmas?

Stories that are just plain fun:

About That Bruno Mathsson Chair in Black Crab

Do Real Astronomers Dress Like Jennifer Lawrence in Don’t Look Up?

The Story Behind That Britney Spears Dance Sequence in Single All the Way

And now for a bonus story! As some of you might know, I’m from Southwest Missouri originally, and I had the opportunity to interview local TV news celebrity Joe Daues for the area’s lifestyle magazine, 417. It was especially poignant for me because Daues interviewed me for the local news back in 2010, when my book, The Frisky 30-Day Breakup Guide, was published. Here’s the link:

Hope you’re all having a fabulous fall and that you’ve had at least one sip of a pumpkin-spiced latte. Cheers to sweater weather!
